Our front line practice staff are trained to help you. Their job is often difficult and demanding; having to deal with patients and doctors at the same time. They have a lot of information at their finger tips and a brief explanation of your problem can enable them to suggest the right person for advice or to offer the most suitable appointment. All staff have the utmost respect for our patients and their needs and we ask that this is reciprocated by recognising the challenges that the staff face on a daily basis in providing a robust service.
The rules of confidentiality apply to all practice staff and any concerns should be reported to the Practice Manager.
