The surgery aims to provide a professional and high standard of service to all our patients. However, if you have any concerns or suggestions please let us know by emailing us at haveyoursay.g82218@nhs.net or in writing. If you are unable to put it in writing for any reason, our reception staff will be more than happy to pass on your verbal concerns to the relevant person. 

Our supervisors are happy to help, and may be able to resolve the majority of cases quickly and easily.
