New Patient Registration
All new patients will be asked to complete a short questionnaire and make an appointment for a registration medical. This will consist of an appointment wth the practice nurse who will record your height, weight, blood pressure and test your urine. Patients then meet the doctor with whom they are registering to discuss any on-going problems and current medication.
Patient's medical notes can take several weeks to be transferred to the new doctor therefore this registration medical is most important as it enables us to give the best patient care in the meantime. Failure to attend for a registration medical may jeopardise one's entitlement to register at this practice.
